Glimpse Eyewear – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Glimpse, every frame is crafted with precision, passion, and care. We want you to love your eyewear as much as we loved creating it. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • A handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted for all return or exchange requests to cover shipping and quality check costs.
  • Prescription lenses, custom-made lenses, or any product made-to-order are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged on arrival; otherwise, made-to-order items may not be refundable. (Check your product page for any special terms.)
  • To initiate a return/exchange, contact our support team (see contact details below). We will provide instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after the item passes our quality check.
  • If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, we reserve the right to decline refund/exchange.
  • Refund Amount = Order value − ₹150 (handling fee), unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
  • If the order has been dispatched or custom work has begun (e.g., lens cutting), cancellation may not be possible; a return may be initiated after delivery under the returns policy.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number. We will confirm if cancellation is possible and the next steps.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping may be paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
  • If the return is due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will cover return shipping and replacement costs.
